NTA will ship product orders placed directly. Standard shipping charges in the continental United States for Inactive CD-ROM courses are $9.50 U.S. per course. Standard Shipping charges in the United States for other products are 7.25% of the invoice amount, with a minimum charge of $9.50.
If special shipping, such as “Next Day Air”, is requested the approximate cost of this service will be added to the invoice for that order.
Shipments within the United States will be sent UPS Ground Service, unless otherwise requested. International shipments will be made via UPS Worldwide Service. These charges, plus a 4% handling fee, will be added to the invoice.
NTA does not normally accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged in transit.
A Return Authorization Number from NTA is needed for ALL RETURNS and a standard restocking fee for any returned product.
In all cases, any returns must be authorized by appropriate NTA personnel prior to shipment. Authorized returns will be subject to any reconditioning costs incurred to bring product to an “ as new” condition.
